We believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and happy life.
Mind Body Soul Hub services include holistic practices and wellness workshops for both adult and child. We offer a whole timetable of yoga and workshops running monthly.
Wednesday 7pm and Friday 6am are seasonal and in the warmer months we practice at Raphael Park.
Classes currently being held at the hub until spring time.
We can not offer any refunds on the workshops once the payment has been processed.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR CLASS -
Create an account. Choose your class. Book your space. Pay cash or card when you arrive at the hub.
Book your session then pay cash or use our card machine when you arrive at the hub.
Using the physical body as a tool to journey towards enlightenment.
Using Asan(a) to strengthen and keep the body with a range of mobility.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to support the nervous system, mental and emotional health.
A style of Hatt Yog guiding the body through high energy Asan(a) yoga sequences to gain strength and flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation.
A style of Hatt Yog that encourages long slow holds of Asan(a). Slow and relaxing, also challenging and releasing. Breathing techniques and meditation. Yin works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. It incorporates principles of Chinese medicine.
Learn breathing techniques for overall better health, stretch the body to gain flexibility and mobility.
HIIT yoga is a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga asana practice. HIIT yoga is designed to build strength as well as burn fat.
Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.
Ceiling height is 6ft so ALL classes to be mat based. This encourages a slower practice and open to all levels.
